•The band of this cuff is 5.5 inches with an approximate 3/4 inch opening. This would best fit a 6-6.25 inch wrist. I have a 6 inch wrist (that is my wrist in the pictures) and there is still a little bit of wiggle room (not uncomfortable). If you prefer a little bit of wiggle room I would recommend this for a 6 inch wrist. If you prefer a fit that is more snug (not tight) to your wrist I would recommend this for a 6.25 inch wrist.
